I’m an actress, storyteller, and creative rooted in truth and transformation. I’m drawn to work that challenges convention, centers resilient women, and leaves a lasting impact.

Originally from Atlanta, I now call Los Angeles home with my husband and creative partner, director Tawan Bazemore. Together, under our banner Cinema Optics, we’ve proudly produced award-winning films that spark dialogue and reflect our culture.

Beyond the screen, I’m the creator of CPB Little Reminders—a gratitude-centered lifestyle brand born from my own sacred pause. Every journal, message, and product is an invitation to return to yourself with intention and gratitude.

Everything I create—on screen and off—is grounded in purpose, presence, and impact.

To date, I’ve received 10 Best Actress awards, including a recent win for my lead role in The Recipe, and received multiple nominations for emotionally grounded, transformative performances.
